TERMS AND CONDITIONS The following terms are required for participation in the AM Conservation Online Fast Checkout program to allow the purchase of discounted energy efficiency products offered from the authorized partner. By signing this form, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms.
• PASS DISCOUNTED PRICE TO CUSTOMER - Contractors purchasing discounted products through this program are obligated and agree to provide the products purchased at the discounted price to their third-party customers.
• INSTALL IN TEP TERRITORY WITHIN 30 DAYS - LEDs purchased through this program must be installed at a commercial or industrial customer’s facility in the TEP service territory within 30 days of purchase date.
• BUSINESS INFORMATION PROVIDED TO TEP - Customer business name, address and details of the purchase transaction will be collected by the Fast Checkout partner. TEP uses this information to fulfill the purpose for which it was obtained. To find out more about the categories of personal information TEP collects and the purposes for which such information will be used, please refer to the TEP Privacy Policy at https://www.tep.com/privacy/.
