Who is eligible for this marketplace?

To order through this online store you must be a residential customer of PSEG Long Island with a delivery address within PSEG Long Island's service territory.

Is there a maximum amount I can buy?

There is no maximum amount of products that you can buy, but there are limits on how many utility rebated products you can receive. The rebate limits are as follows:

EV Charger: Limit of one (1) rebated electric vehicle charging station per lifetime of the account.

Learning and Connected Thermostats: Limit of two (2) rebated thermostats every 365 days.

How do I know if my order was received?

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your marketplace account.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
