NV Energy announced the launch of Smart Shop – an online storefront giving customers an option to directly purchase energy-efficient products and equipment. This marketplace is brought to you through a collaboration between Franklin Energy and NV Energy.
Who is eligible for this marketplace?
NV Energy residential electric customers are eligible to make purchases on the the PowerShift Smart Shop. Eligibliity is verified during checkout.
Is there a maximum amount I can buy?
There is no maximum amount of products that you can buy, but there are limits on how many utility rebated products you can receive.
Advanced Power Strips: Limit of two (2) incented advanced power strips per account per calendar year.
Air Conditioners: Limit of four (4) incented air conditioners per account per calendar year.
Air Purifiers: Limit of four (4) incented air purifiers per account per calendar year.
How do I know if my order was received?
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number. The order confirmation and shipment confirmation emails will be sent to the email address associated with your marketplace account.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept payment by MasterCard™, Visa™, Discover™, or American Express™. All transactions are in U.S. dollars.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check your delivery status on the shipping carrier's website.
